Judith Lavagna is an independent curator, educator and feminist working in the fields of visual arts, performing arts and theater.  Her practice aims to create and to reimagine processual formats of exhibition-making and performing towards collaborative forms of research, with a focus on trandisciplinary practices and critical pedagogies.

Her recent projects include "Transformer le Bauhaus" at Friche Belle de Mai, Marseille (co-curated with Anne-Valérie Gasc and Jean-Christophe Arcos) and "IRRÉDUCTIBLES", a feminist theater project led by Sandrine Nogueira at Theaterhaus Mitte, Berlin. 

She is a member of CEA, the French Curators Association, and The Gray Voice Ensemble, a performative choir directed by Elizabeth Wood in Berlin.

Judith Lavagna holds a MA in Curating Contemporary Art (Paris-Sorbonne) and in Fine Arts (École Européenne Supérieure d’Art de Bretagne, Rennes), France.
